There is ample hard standing car parking outside the barn, with easy access to the accommodation
Main Entrance, Reception & Ticketing Area
The main entrance is the front door although there is also access through the barn window door for those with limited mobility
Keys are issued on arrival unless otherwise agreed
There are 4 steps leading up to a flat paved area in front of the front door
The front door is 750 cms wide x 2m high with the hinge on the right. The key hole is 100cms high
The front door opens into a porch with a light switch on the left hand side of the door leading into the lounge
A door 800cms wide x 2m high leads down to the lounge - hinge on the left
There are 4 steps leading into the lounge with a hand rail on the right hand side

Lounge
Door from the lounge to the kitchen is 750cms wide x 1.95m high
The carpet is black and white with a small diamond pattern and inset into the flag flooring
In the lounge area there are 2 x 2 seater settees and and 2 occasional chairs. There is also a large coffee table. There are several lamps
There is a large plasma TV with remote control, DVD player, digital TV and CD/radio with dock on, on a small oblong table opposite the settees
The cast iron spiral staircase leads up from the lounge to the Gallery. There is a handrail
From the Gallery there are 2 steps up to the bedroom called Pennine View
There is 1 step from the door (750cms x 1.95m) on the Gallery to the wardrobe and sauna
There is shower in the sauna room
Laundry
A 24 hour turn around laundry and ironing service is available. Details in the 'Welcome Pack'
Shop
There is a small shop at the bottom of Tonacliffe Road
A Co-op Late Shop and a Tesco Late Shop are 2 kilometres away. Details in 'Welcome Pack'

Pine king size bed with a 1.52m x 1.98m mattress with a single occasional use bed settee
All bedding is cotton/polyester with feather duvets (non allergic on request) non allergic pillows
There is space to both left and right of the bed
The main room light switch is on the left of the open door. There are separate reading lamps on the bedside cabinets
There is a desk with a mirror
There is an en suite shower room to the right of the bed with heated towel rail, basin, toilet and power shower with large shower cubicle
Bedroom 2 (Hay Loft)
Door 750cms x 1.95m which is hinged on the right
Carpeted with beige twist pile
Double bed with the option of it being twin bedded or a double with an extra full size single bed
All bedding is cotton/polyester. A light switch for the main light is located on the wall to the left of the door. Other switches are located above the bed which operate lights at the side of the bed and the main light
Bathroom, Shower-room & WC [Ensuite or Shared]
The en suite bathroom is at the right of the room with a toilet, washbasin and spa bath - a shower is located in the sauna room
Self-catering kitchen / dining room
The kitchen has 2 doors leading into it
The kitchen area is along the back wall to the right of the door leading from the lounge
The fire extinguisher is on the wall to the right of this door
The worktop is 60cms high and 40cms deep. The sink and electric hob are at 60cms high
Catering standard crockery is in the cupboards beneath the work surface, cutlery is in the drawer and glasses etc are in the wall cupboards
Microwave
The electric oven door is 40cms high and the main oven shelf is 25cms high
The fridge freezer is to the left of the kitchen units and the dishwasher is under the worktops
The dining table is 90cms x 180cms and has 6 chairs
The kitchen is lit by a modern designer fluorescent light. The flooring is non slip
